Seems clear to me.  Love your neighbor as yourself.  No wiggle room.  We've got to do something to change the way we treat each other. 
 
This is a 12x12x1-1/2" gallery wrap canvas.  Handcut heart stencils painted in black and white acrylic paint, then covered with a silver paint glaze for shimmer.  Lettering is linocut and printed on top of hearts.   Edges are painted in black and white stripes.  Signed & ready to hang.
